INGREDIENTS

U.S. Cream Cheese 100g
Whipping Cream 100g
Full Cream Milk 75g
Caster Sugar 50g

PREPARATION

  1. Mix cream cheese and caster sugar till smooth.
  2. Slowly, add in whipping cream and full cream milk. Stir the cream cheese mixture until smooth and creamy.
  3. Top the cheese froth with your preferred choice of hot or cold beverage.
