U.S. Whey Protein Isolate 53g
U.S. Skimmed Milk Powder 32g
Gelatin powder 6g
Sucralose 0.05g
Fine sugar 13g
Mango flavouring 2g
Beta carotene powder 2g
Total 108g


Preparation of Instant Mix

  1. Pour all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  2. Pack into a pouch or other packaging as desired. Seal tightly.

Direction For Use (For Consumers)

  1. Pour premix into a small saucepan.
  2. Add 500 ml of water and mix well.
  3. Stir gently over medium heat until the mixture starts to simmer. Do not heat above 75°C. Remove from heat.
  4. Pour mixture into 4 pudding cups, about 150 g per cup. Refrigerate till set.
  5. Serve chilled.
